Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 1, 2026

Welcome to PNP Pinellas Park Concrete. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service request or contract.

1. Services Provided

PNP Pinellas Park Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, decorative concrete, leveling, and masonry work. All services are subject to written estimates and signed contracts.

2. Estimates and Contracts

Written estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is required, a revised estimate will be provided before proceeding. All work requires a signed contract and agreed-upon payment terms before we begin.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on scope of work and weather conditions. While we make every effort to complete projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule.

5. Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We will coordinate with you regarding site preparation requirements. You must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that may be affected by excavation or construction.

6. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Change orders may affect the project cost and timeline. We will provide written estimates for any additional work before proceeding.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your service contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control. Warranty terms and exclusions are detailed in your contract.

8. Property Damage and Liability

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take reasonable care to protect your property during construction. Any damage caused by our work will be repaired or compensated according to our insurance policy. You must report any concerns about property damage within 48 hours of project completion.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs. Cancellation terms are specified in your service contract.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
